Our beautiful home is walking distance to Disneyland and California Adventure. Enjoy the luxury of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We have 2 Master Suites with attached bathrooms. Our beautiful resort-style pool and jacuzzi's are gorgeous and competes with any high-end exclusive hotel. We also have a mini water park so the kids can play and have fun while the adults enjoy the beautiful California weather. Heated Pool and Jacuzzi, Water Umbrella, Water Jets, BBQ, Fire Pit, and gorgeous outdoor seating will definitely make being outside an unforgettable experience.
Our house is elegant and very modern. The sleek modern design combined with rustic, industrial, reclaimed decor is breathtaking. The advanced technology will make your stay that much more pleasant and exciting. We have Built-in speakers throughout the entire house so you can enjoy some music while hanging out with your family/friends. There are built-in monitors in the walls that allow you to control the fully automated home. Flat Screen Smart TV's in every room and super high speed 200 MB internet allows you to stream movies from Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon.
The kitchen is every chef's dream. High-end stainless steel appliances and huge beautiful custom island which allow you to cook a wonderful meal for your family and entertain with style and ease. Large sliding glass pocket doors that open to the beautiful yard and keeps everyone in-touch but still giving you plenty of space to move around. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, dishes, and everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Over-sized oven with warming tray, two extra-large microwaves makes cooking for large groups a breeze. Industrial ice-maker is perfect for those hot summer days.

Effective July 1, 2015, the city of Anaheim is imposing a mandatory 15% Transient Occupancy Tax (T.O.T. tax). This tax is charged to all guests staying in all vacation rentals, hotels, and motels in the city of Anaheim. The nightly rate that appears DOES NOT include the T.O.T. tax. The 15% tax will be added to your total at the time of booking.

The house was absolutely incredible and such a perfect place for our group of 16. It has all the stops. Lights music and pool all iPad controlled, tvs in each room, and in the mirrors of the bathrooms, ps4 in the boys room. Even the showers where temperature controlled. And the decor was also perfect like a model home! Absolutely gorgeous and homey. We ditched our second day at Disney just to swim and hang out in the home it was that great. The hosts are also SUPER attentive. They check in with us and showed us the system and replied immediately when we had a question. I've never had hosts so on top of things! Already looking into booking another one of their homes.

Christi's house was absolutely wonderful and far above expectations. We were a group of 14 women sharing the house for a weekend and enjoyed the space and how well it was laid out and housed so many of us without feeling the least bit crowded. We didn't have our kids with us, but I think each of us commented on how great it would be to have our kids because of the layout of the kitchen opening out to the pool on one side and the living room on the other. It means as a mom, I could have cooked while socializing with friends in the living room and watching/closely supervising kids in pool. Everything that you would need for a large group is provided and easy to access. The luxury is above and beyond.

The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. When I arrived, Bryan showed me the house and all of the gadgets. Both responded immediately to my texted questions. Christi visited when we were getting ready to check out. The house is beautiful with loads of technology and nifty features. If you are tech savvy, you can really get a lot out of the place. For example, we were able to livestream an event while sitting around the firepit in the backyard (and in the hot tub). All-in-all the house lent itself toward a really memorable and happy stay in Anaheim.

Amazing house! My family and I had a blast and will definitely re-visit one of Christi's houses soon. Location was great which made it super convienant to travel with little ones to Disneyland. You can even watch the fireworks from the house! Christi and her husband were awesome hosts!

This is an amazing property - beautifully finished. A super smart house! Bryan and Christi were amazing hosts from the initial greeting to just checking in on us to see how we were doing, if we needed ANYTHING, and providing restaurant suggestion/letting us know where the closest stores and attractions were. We had 6 people that stayed in the house, each with our own bedrooms! The rooms are beautifully finished with some of the most comfortable beds that you will find (I slept so well!) and all the rooms have TV's - TV in bed? YES PLEASE. The bathrooms are immaculate (pay attention to the detail in the tiling - you'll be amazed) and the lights are motion sensored! You walk in and TA-DA! Light! And to top it off, the bathroom I had in my room, had a TV in the mirror. My mind was blown! One of the best features about the house is the "Welcome" and "Goodbye" buttons when you walk in. The "Welcome" button turns on the lights, music, adjusts the house to the perfect temp, and turns on the pool fountains (which are just out of this world). Similarly, the "Goodbye" button turns off everything to save energy while you're away. The back patio is gorgeous and provides great privacy, perfect for sitting outside and catching some sun by the pool or hanging out with friends in the lounging area. Also, we could see the Disney fireworks right from the backyard...for free! I'm a huge foodie, so the kitchen was a chef's dreams. We were able to make food several days during our stay, as the house is equipped with awesome pots/pans, knifes, and all the necessities for serving a meal. Also the huge table in the house allows for a really awesome place to not only gather and eat, but sit and chat. Did I mention the house remotes? You can control everything right in the palm of your hand - the TV, the music (Pandora or your choice of music), and even the house temperature. Last, but not least, the game room is awesome. Has an old school arcade machine, a foosball table, a pool table, and a game console. It's one word...addicting! We only had one very minor issue that Bryan and Christi resolved within the hour - talk about providing a great experience. I was so sad to leave and I wish this was my home! I was traveling from NYC, so you can imagine not wanting to leave all the space! The house is perfectly located - close enough that you could walk to Disney and it was about an 8 minute drive to the convention center. I am excited to go back to California and stay in one of Bryan and Christi's properties again. I would definitely( 200%) recommend this property to friends and family, as well as anyone looking for a special getaway place while they're visiting Anaheim. Christi and Bryan are very nice and respond super quick to any texts or questions. The house is breathtaking inside and out. The gourmet kitchen and family room were my favorite places in the house while my kiddos loved the game room and pool. The backyard is so beautiful, you'll want to spend much of your time in the jacuzzi while your kiddos splash around in the pool. At night you have a perfect view of the Disneyland fireworks. We actually got to see the Halloween party exclusive fireworks show without the admission and that was amazing! What a way to start a vacation! Being a brand new home there were a few teensy hiccups that we had, nothing major and Bryan and Christi fixed any issue we had right away. They also gave us tips on what beach to visit and what to do while we were at Disneyland. You will love this high-tech house! All you need to open and lock the home is your cell phone. With a push of a button you can activate the pool and jacuzzi, TVs, heated floors, lights, music, etc. Our group of 16 (12 adults and 4 kids) fit perfectly, never felt crowded, and enjoyed our stay in one of the nicest homes any of us has ever stayed in. We will stay in one of Bryan & Christi's Anaheim homes again next time we're visiting Disneyland.
