We have also built the outdoor entertainment area for adults to enjoy with a swim up bar and a lounge area that provides relaxing in the shade while watching your favorite game on a 70-inch flat panel TV; all while your steaks are cooking to perfection on your huge 7 burner BBQ grill.

 

The kitchen is a full scale chef's dream. With our high-end stainless steel appliances, a commercial range oven and two double convection ovens, you will be able to cook for the entire group. A beautiful custom island allows you to cook a wonderful meal for your family and entertain with style and ease. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, dishes and everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. We have also installed a commercial 50 pound ice-maker for those hot summer days.

 

Our house is elegant and very modern. From the decor to the advanced technology, this home has it all. We have Built-in speakers through-out the entire house so you can enjoy your favorite music while hanging out with family and friends. There are iPads though-out the home that allow you total control of the home automation; as well as a number of advanced remotes that allow 100% control of the home. This home is one of the most sophisticated homes on the market and one that you will talk about for years to come. We have huge Flat Screen Smart TV's in every room and super high speed 200 MB internet allows you to stream movies from Netflix, Hulu or Amazon.

Effective July 1, 2015, the city of Anaheim is imposing a mandatory 15% Transient Occupancy Tax (T.O.T. tax). This tax is charged to all guests staying in all vacation rentals, hotels and motels in the city of Anaheim. The nightly rate that appears DOES NOT include the T.O.T. tax. The 15% tax will be added to your total at the time of booking.
 
For security purposes, there is camera surveillance on the exterior of the premises.

There will be a $35.00/day pool fee in addition to the rent if you would like the pool heated.
